Grade 4,5,6 had a field visit to Katraj Dairy factory helped in understanding the milk processing workflow. Milk is first received from farmers and tested for quality. It is then heated under controlled conditions (similar to boiling) and pasteurized to eliminate harmful bacteria while retaining nutrients. Finally, the processed milk is hygienically packaged into pouches and prepared for distribution.
