After setting up G.E.M.S. Preschool and watching children grow and develop, & further seeing the happy parents, it was a natural step to start a higher grade school and it reciprocated in the setting of “Evolve High” which was an apparent & obvious progression. Now we can continue with our well-drafted and planned curriculum in higher grades too.
Our belief that children have huge potential and are capable of soaring will further strengthen as they progress at Evolve High. We will support our children in both their academic and non-academic endeavours. At Evolve High every child is a star in his/her own right. And we do not let our stars dim their light.

Dr S K Sanyal is a sheer illusionist, with over 3 decades of service rendered to the academic sector. He impersonates himself as a person still trying to complete his academics but is actually an epitome in this field. Double Postgraduate, Doctorate in his kitty and over 6 National awards, Dr Sanyal instigates a cohesive power among his students and installs the parameters of learning through a well-drafted methodology. His constant endeavour to enable students to excel in all spheres and dynamics speaks volumes of this person’s contribution to the field of education. His never say NO attitude has immensely upgraded the inner thoughts of all his students. To hand over ownership to the generation Next is his prime focus.
Ms. Rachana Xavier, is a progressive educator with an M.Sc., B.Ed., and a Diploma in School Management (DSM). She’s also recognized as an Innovation Ambassador by CBSE and has persuaded her research inclinations by completing an Action research course through NCERT.
Rachana’s expertise extends to her contributions to national and international journals, where her innovative ideas in education are shared. As Headmistress she is driven by a pursuit of excellence and a passion for holistic student development. Providing comprehensive education that prepares students for a resilient and successful future is her forte.

easily take into consideration all the positives of the NEP 2020-21 selectively.

“THE EVOLVE WAY” is designed to achieve enhancement of four different quotients in each child:
(i) IQ – Intelligence Quotient (ii) EQ – Emotional Quotient
(iii) SQ -Social Quotient (iv) AQ – Adversity Quotient
The other schools focus only on enhancing IQ while “THE EVOLVE WAY” ensures that the child increases all four quotients. This progress will be regularly monitored and customized corrective actions will be taken by the school for each of its children.
