Extracurricular activities for students to enrich their educational experience and contribute to their personal growth.

At Evolve High, the life of the students is not limited to poring over books and learning by memorising alone. Instead, the children are provided with an adequate exposure to a wide variety of co-curricular activities through arts, music, dance, theatre, sports and clubs like robotics, environment, debating and dramatics club. The curriculum for co-curricular activities is designed in such a manner that children experience these in three broad stages as follows:

Performing Arts - Dance

Performing Arts is an integral part of the curriculum at Evolve High. The school has incorporated in its regular time table, training classes for introduction to music, dance and development of communication skills. The music curriculum aims to instill a strong foundation for a lifelong love for music and dance. It covers a range of musical forms from Hindustani classical to Western Renaissance music, from folk music across different parts of our country to symphonies of different countries around the globe. In the pre-primary and primary classes, the children will be introduced to the joy of expressing themselves through musical sounds, lyrics, rhythm, tunes and beats. In the middle school, children will learn to read notations/ musical scores. The students will also learn how to develop musical intelligence, an ear for good music and practice instrumental and vocal music.

The dance classes are also an interesting and important part of the time table at Evolve High. The school focuses on the performance aspect of each dance form and facilitates specialized training in various folk and contemporary forms of dance. The international styles that are considered for teaching are, Hip Hop, Salsa, Ball Room and other classical and contemporary forms.

Communication skills and confidence to perform on stage are improved for every child through regular exposure during the various school functions and festivals organized through the year. These functions and festivals offer a rich set of cultural experiences and opportunities to the students. Learning through theatre and dramatics is encouraged and communication skills of children are honed on a regular basis. It helps children to develop originality, express creatively and work individually as well as in a team.

Performing Arts - Music

At Evolve High, music and singing are part of a unique initiative designed to provide children with opportunities and a structured training platform to develop excellence in the fields of Creative and Performing Arts, Sports, and Life Skills. This program encourages students to identify, explore, and nurture their individual talents and aptitudes, helping them achieve excellence through focused training and expert guidance provided within the school. Our Music & Singing Studio serves as a vibrant, aesthetically designed, and fully equipped space that supports both performance and learning. It offers facilities for students to learn, practice, and create vocal and instrumental music in a professional and inspiring environment. In addition, our education planners recognize the vital role that music plays in shaping a child’s personality. Through structured education, students not only gain artistic skills but also build confidence and discipline. Together, these creative outlets aim to empower students to express themselves, grow holistically, and excel in all aspects of life.

Performing Arts - Drama

Drama Club is a vibrant and creative space where students come together to explore the world of theatre, storytelling, and performance. Open to all students with a passion for acting, directing, stage design, or simply the magic of live performance, the club provides opportunities to express ideas, build confidence, and work as a team. The Drama Club is more than just acting – it’s about teamwork, creativity, communication, and self-expression.

Arts and Crafts

The Arts & Culture Club (ACC) shall train the children (who opt for OASP) in activities like Arts and Crafts, Sketching and painting, Terracotta Pottery, Cooking & Baking, Gardening, playing the Keyboard, Playing other instruments, Dance (various forms) and Vocal Music after the school hours. We have well-designated arts and crafts room, music studio, dance studio and plenty of other amenities available on the campus to enable the kids to nurture their inherent skills and talents in the sphere of arts and culture.

Sports

Every child gets only one childhood and only once are ‘Growing Up’ years experienced by a child. Games & Sports must form an indispensable part of growing up years because not only they cause joy but they also make the child strong in body and mind. We at Evolve high have made arrangements to enable our students to pick their choice of sports. We have arrangements for sporting activities like swimming, basketball, chess, table tennis, football, yoga, gymnastics and more. Physical education will be an indispensible part of the curriculum. We are committed to develop modern sports infrastructure to support students to excel in the sport of their choice, develop sportsperson spirit under the expert guidance of highly qualified instructors. The school has a optimally designed playground for outdoor sports and games and the school also has a large hall for indoor sports and games. The indoor sports and games for which facilities exist include chess, table tennis, wall climbing, yoga, gymnastics etc.

Robotics and AI Lab in facilities

Every child has a unique learning style and learns concepts at distinct pace. The objective of SEC is to take into consideration the unique learning style of each child and offer extra attention and different learning approaches to the children. It is attempted to continuously improve learning outcomes of children despite the differences in their personalities. Besides assisting the children in homework, this club also aims at brushing their communication skills and handwriting skills. Robotics, drone making, artificial intelligence & virtual reality (VR) laboratory, film making, writing skills, storytelling, role plays, dramatics, elocution, quizzes and public speaking, exploration tours, social service activities are some of the activities being offered under SEC,
The Optional After School Programe (OASP) has daycare facilities where children can stay after the school hours until their parents come to pick them up.

Performing Arts

A child at Evolve High is guaranteed of _____ minutes of playing sports on a daily basis. Arrangements have been made, timings have been scheduled and coaches provided in the school to enable children to engage in outdoor as well as indoor sports at school.

Martial Arts, Yoga, Gymnastics, Basket Ball, Fitness, and Skating are the sports offered to children.

Wall Climbing

When it comes to physical activity, safety should always be the top priority, especially in a school setting. Evolve High understands this and has gone above and beyond to ensure that their wall climbing program is conducted with all necessary safety measures in place. From providing students with proper safety gear such as helmets, harnesses, and ropes, to conducting thorough safety checks on the climbing walls, Evolve High leaves no stone unturned when it comes to student safety.

The benefits of wall climbing as a physical activity are vast and varied. It not only helps improve strength, flexibility, and coordination but also enhances problem-solving and decision-making abilities. By incorporating wall climbing into their physical education curriculum, Evolve High is providing their students with a unique opportunity to develop these skills while having a blast.

Swimming Pool (temprature controlled)

The school swimming pool is well curated, to both making swimming enjoyable and competitive. It has a high-efficiency water filtration plant to ensure a safe facility for the children to learn and master swimming. The school will have access to a team of competent swimming coaches and life guards to ensure a secure learning environment for children.

Gymnastics

Introducing gymnastics in school encourages active lifestyles and helps students discover their athletic abilities.Gymnastics is an important part of physical education in schools. It helps students develop strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and overall body control. Through activities like tumbling, jumping, balancing, and stretching, students not only improve their physical fitness but also build confidence and discipline.
